Care Friends - Employee referrals for social care
Care Friends is a brand new employee referral app from Neil Eastwood, Author of Saving Social Care.
Care Friends (www.carefriends.co.uk) is a new employee referral app for care staff from Neil Eastwood (of Sticky People fame, and author of Saving Social Care) which has received EU funding for a Cornwall-wide beta trial based on the success of an early pilot.
The pilots are free to any Cornish care provider. Following a three month pilot CPIC members wishing to continue will enjoy discounted pricing. The monthly fee will be affordable for any employer of care staff.
Employee referrals are the best source of quality new staff but refer a friend schemes are hard to promote and administer. The Care Friends app removes this friction and we expect it to deliver a big uplift in new starters by activating more of your workforce as recruiters in the their communities.
Neil will be hosting a session to introduce the app to interested Providers from 10am on the 7th August at Crossroads House Care Home, Scorrier, TR16 5BP.
