Providers can email adultsafeguardingconcerns@cornwall.gov.uk or call 01872 326433 if they haven’t received an update on any safeguarding referral.
Triage are available to offer advice to providers prior to making a safeguarding referral.
Please note that as most staff are remote working, the phone number is unlikely to be answered directly, but all voicemails left are emailed direct to the safeguarding team and providers will get a call back. The Safeguarding team work 9 to 5 Monday to Friday and any call after 4:15 on a Friday will not get picked up until Monday morning.
