Workshop - Supporting people whose behaviour can challenge us

This exciting learning opportunity makes use of the new PCN and ICA (Integrated Care Area) footprint for networking and supporting each other, as outlined in a letter recently sent to Care Homes of how the Primary Care Networks (PCN) will be starting to deliver a Directed Enhanced Service (DES) to better support care homes and residents.
